The '58 Les Paul Reissue is a true workhorse in the Gibson Custom Shop Historic line. Compared to the more figured tops of a '59, the '58 typically sports a subtler, plain maple top, which gives this model a more understated, vintage-correct look—and this one in Washed Cherry Burst nails it.
The VOS finish adds to the vibe with gentle aging, a slightly dulled sheen, and lightly aged hardware that feels just right—worn in but not overdone. The chunky '58 neck profile offers a satisfying grip, full of sustain and warmth, making it a great choice for players who like something substantial in hand.
