    Personal Thoughts:

This 2001 ES-335 Dot Reissue is a fantastic example of Gibson’s golden-era semi-hollows—and the fact that it was made in Gibson's Nashville factory makes it even more desirable. Many players and collectors believe the Nashville-built 335s, especially from the early 2000s, offer superior construction quality and more consistent craftsmanship than the Memphis-era models that followed. These guitars often feature better fretwork, tighter binding fit, more resonant tonewoods, and overall just feel a little more “dialed in.”

Finished in a beautifully mellowed Antique Natural, this guitar is a timeless classic both visually and sonically. The laminated maple body with a solid maple center block delivers that perfect balance of warmth and bite, while the ’57 Classics produce rich, vintage-voiced tones with plenty of midrange character and smooth top-end sparkle.

It’s lightweight, super resonant, and rings acoustically before you even plug it in—always a great sign. Whether you're playing jazz, blues, indie, or rock, this one covers it all with ease.

    Condition Report:

This 2001 Gibson ES-335 is in excellent to mint condition—exceptionally clean for its age, with only the faintest signs of handling. No buckle rash, no significant dings or scratches, and the frets remain in outstanding shape. The finish has aged beautifully and the hardware shows minimal wear.

Includes the original Gibson hardshell case. A standout example of a Nashville-made 335—built to last, and ready to inspire.
